Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange or return under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your wallet balance or original payment method within 5–7 working days.
